Help Wanted!

Volunteer Requirements:

Santa’s Helpers appreciate your interest in volunteering and helping the community. We do have special requirements that must be met and unfortunately some applicants that apply will not be eligible. Please take a few moments to review the below requirements before applying.

No volunteer may have been convicted of a Felony. We appreciate and applaud your rehabilitation efforts, currently we are not accepting applications for volunteers that have at any time been convicted of a Felony.
No volunteer may have been convicted of a crime of theft or dishonesty. If you have questions about if a type of conviction that may disqualify you, ask us here before you continue.
No volunteer will be considered if you have been terminated or were told that you are ineligible from volunteering with Santa’s Helpers any time the past.

Volunteer Events:

Date: 11/15/25

‘Volunteer Meeting’ – Join us as we kick start the season of giving! We will be meeting at Fairbanks Nissan at 1pm. If you can’t make it, we will be posting a video on our Facebook page after the meeting. Please review that and contact us if you have any questions.

Starting Date: 11/22/25

‘Volunteers Needed’ – We need volunteers starting November 22nd. Many fun opportunities to volunteer await you such as data entry, food deliveries, packing food boxes, taking referral calls, sharing to our social media accounts, and much more!

Positions Currently Available:

Sorter – Sort toys by age and gender – ALL TIME SLOTS AVAILABLE

Phone Operator – Answering phones for referrals – ALL TIME SLOTS AVAILABLE

Call-Back Operator – Call referrals back to gather more information – ALL TIME SLOTS AVAILABLE
